The Green Horizon project is one of ResistTwo’s biggest steps in this direction. The project seeks to advance initiatives across several key components, including a comprehensive Green Manifesto addressing environmental concerns and potential legislative interventions. As part of the project, they aim to work with thousands of students in offline setups to shape the next generation of policymakers. Through Green Horizon, they also seek to work on in-depth multimedia content in the form of both short and long-form video explainers, strengthen their research and editorial capabilities and drive accessible and informed media production. In the process, ResistTwo aims to make climate data accessible in the form of consolidated open repositories.
ResistTwo is a youth-led Indian climate collective focused on research, storytelling, and civic engagement. Given that over 50% of India’s population is under 30, they emphasize youth representation in their work, with their mission not only involving securing a sustainable future for the younger generation but also encouraging their active involvement in policy making processes.
